Botha's Hill Fire Disaster
Botha's Hill, Kwa-Zulu Natal | Monday, 21 january 2018On 21st January 2019 there was a house fire that destroyed one family’s home in the Botha’s Hill area. CityHope Disaster Relief were notified via social media platforms and immediately made contact with the victims of the disaster. Within a few hours the team was on site with relief aid.

Only one family was affected by the disaster. Their entire home was destroyed.
How we helped
Sanele and Catherine met the victims at their property and provided them with a Hope Kit as well as clothing and household items. The plea that went out across social media also brought in additional support as well as furniture items from the local community.
